Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your session within 2 weeks of your photoshoot date, as we book out months in advance, and put in time planning, preparing and organizing your photoshoot. We have also secured a team to help bring your vision to life and are still required to pay them if you decide to cancel.

  • If you decide to cancel your session with more than 2 weeks notice, you will be refunded 50%, as it has secured the date on our calendar, which we may not be able to fill.

Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case by case base, and we understand life can bring unexpected surprises.

Rescheduling Policy 

  • If you need to reschedule within 2 weeks of your photoshoot date a $200 creative fee will be required to book a new date.

  • If you need to reschedule a second time, the full deposit will be required to book a new date, regardless of the notice given. Any image credit included in your previous session fee will be carried over.

  • If you need to reschedule a consultation or a photoshoot date and have given more than 2 weeks notice there will be no fee charged to book a new date. However, if you need to reschedule a second time the full deposit will be required to book a new date, regardless of the notice given.

Emergency reschedules will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We strive to be an understanding business and treat our clients like family, we would love it if you respected us in the same way!
